Choose a folding display panel (Smart Folding or Economy Display Panel) if you need to store or transport it between uses — schools and event organisers who set up and pack away often. Choose the 4-Panel Full-Height large panel board for tall posters, artwork and full-length banners: four one-piece H 180 × W 65 cm panels, no middle bar. All are fabric/Velcro pinboards suited to schools, exhibitions, universities and corporate events across Malaysia.
Schools, exhibition organisers, universities and corporate event teams all need somewhere to display notices, artwork and signage — but the right display panel depends on how often it moves and how it's stored between uses. This guide covers the real display panel range we supply across Malaysia.
Papan pameran is the Malay term for a display panel or exhibition board — a freestanding board used to present notices, artwork, posters and information at exhibitions, schools, universities and offices. Unlike a board fixed to a wall, a display panel stands on its own base or frame, so it can be positioned wherever a booth, hallway or event space needs it.
Folding display panels collapse flat for compact storage and transport. We supply two:
The 4-Panel Full-Height is a large folding display board with four one-piece panels, each H 180 × W 65 cm (5.9 × 2.1 ft), and no middle bar across the surface. Set up it covers H 180 × W 260 cm (5.9 × 8.5 ft), so tall posters, artwork and full-length banners sit flat without a seam. The Mobile Display Partition is a freestanding double-sided panel on lockable nylon castors, rather than a fold-flat design. It stays assembled and moves on wheels instead — well suited to a venue where the panel is repositioned often but doesn't need to pack away between uses. Multiple panels can be locked together with the MDPBI linking accessory for larger displays. To divide a room, see the Lambo Panel mobile partition. View Mobile Display Partition →
The Tabletop Display Board has three A2 fabric panels and a header in an aluminium frame, and folds flat. It is RM499. View Tabletop Display Board →
All three panels use a fabric-type pinboard surface. The Smart Folding Display Panel uses a velvet surface compatible with both pins and Velcro, in 10 colour options. The Economy Display Panel uses a fabric pinboard in 7 velvet colours. The 4-Panel Full-Height uses Velcro-receptive loop fabric in 6 colours.
The Smart Folding Display Panel comes as a 6-panel 1950 × 1780 mm set or an 8-panel 2600 × 1780 mm set. The Economy Display Panel comes in four sizes from 90 x 120 cm (3'x4') up to 120 x 180 cm (4'x6'). The 4-Panel Full-Height is H 180 × W 260 cm (5.9 × 8.5 ft) set up. Check each product page for the full size and price breakdown.
Schools typically favour folding panels — the Smart Folding Display Panel and Economy Display Panel both fold flat for storage between science fairs, open days, bulletin displays and student artwork, and both accept pins and Velcro without adhesive damage.
Exhibition and trade show use spans all three products. The 4-Panel Full-Height suits galleries, showrooms and booths that show tall posters or full-length banners. Folding panels (Smart Folding or Economy) suit organisers who need to transport and store panels between different events or venues.
For offices and corporate events, display panels double as meeting-room partitions, space dividers, and presentation or announcement boards. The Smart Folding Display Panel is described as suitable for meeting partitions and space dividers, while the Economy Display Panel and 4-Panel Full-Height both work for office presentations and notice display.
If a panel needs to move between rooms or venues often, folding formats keep setup and teardown quick. If storage space between uses is limited, a folding display panel that collapses flat takes up far less room than a fixed panel left assembled. The Smart Folding Display Panel folds and unfolds in about 5-8 minutes without tools and includes a portable carrying case.
Price scales mainly with panel count and size — the Smart Folding Display Panel is RM1,222 (6-panel) to RM1,600 (8-panel with 2 headers). The Economy Display Panel starts from RM380 for the smallest size, with a stand accessory (78" height) at RM160. The 4-Panel Full-Height is RM1,990 per set.
